About Me

My fascination with mental health started since secondary school. Even back then, I could not fathom how such an important topic of conversation is often stigmatised. As the saying goes: be the change you want to see in the world. Hence, curiosity and passion fueled my desire to make a difference. 

My Approach

I lean more towards working with emotions (EFT) to help client process their experiences better. At times, I would also use skills from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help my clients achieve their desired goals. I enjoy the flexibility of the integrative approach because different people may find different therapeutic techniques helpful. It's a matter of finding what fits well with the client.
